I can definitely see the advantage and good in creating video lessons to add to a blended learning station. I am going to explore and experiment with this a lot this year right after all of these classes are over in October. I cannot wait to play with them and learn from them so I can help my students become more student centered in their learning and I can teach the other teachers how to do it!
I have used the free version of Canva and I love it! I am contemplating purchasing the full version to help me make teaching more fun (and make my creating lessons more fun as well).
I just found a new-to-me Chrome extension that I need to play with more. It is called Loom and it seems pretty cool. There is a paid and a free version. On one of the videos they mentioned adding Google Slides to it and creating a video, but I couldn't find it YET. (Notice the Dweck influence)
I also just started playing with another possible video creator/recorder. It is Vimeo, although I'm not sure if you can do a voice over or if you need to go to another app or site to do a voice over for it.
