My innovation plan is about bringing a blended learning station rotation to my elementary classroom. You can check out he innovation plan here. I plan to bring my classroom, and hopefully the rest of the school, into a blended learning environment that utilizes a station rotation model. I feel that technology should not be an accessory to a classroom, and it definitely should not be used as a time filler. I am a GT ELAR teacher and I like to use book clubs with my students to increase engagement and collaboration in reading. I really feel that 

using the blended learning station rotation with the various book clubs can be fun and beneficial to all students. I usually only do book clubs with my higher students and my lower students don't get the joy of a book club. Book club blended learning can be differentiated to help ALL students.
