

Why, Influencers, 4DX, & Crucial Conversations
As I was completing all of the assignments in this course, I was a little bit confused. I couldn't see how all of these seemingly different concepts would come together to help me in my learning journey. Fast forward to this moment in time as I try to combine all of these components into one cohesive page. I think I get it now. Each individual assignment works together to help me figure out what type of leader I am and what I should do to become the leader I NEED to be to be so I am successful. 4DX
The toughest part of this course was the 4DX. I had to come up with my very own 4 Disciplnes of Execution plan to bring to my team of innovators. There are many pieces to the plan and it was a challenge, but I learned a lot about myself and how I want my team to perform and how we are all going to work together toward our WIG (wildly important goal). Crucial Conversations
